Can I skip the warmup process if I have a high-quality email list?

No. Even if your list is 100% "opt-in," mailbox providers (Google, Outlook, etc.) don't know that yet. They see a new domain suddenly sending volume, which is a classic behavior of a hacked domain or a spammer. Skipping the warmup is the fastest way to get your domain blacklisted before you even begin.

Does my choice of Email Service Provider (ESP) affect my domain age reputation?

Yes and no. Using a reputable ESP (like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or SendGrid) provides you with a reliable IP reputation, but your domain reputation stays with you regardless of the platform. You must still warm up your domain even if you are using a premium service.

If I change my "from" email address (e.g., from info@ to sales@), do I have to start over?

No, because the root domain ([suspicious link removed]) is what carries the primary reputation. However, a new prefix can sometimes trigger a very brief period of extra filtering, so it is still wise to send the first few emails from a new address to known, "safe" recipients.

My domain is 2 years old, but I’ve never sent emails from it. Is it "Trusted"?

Not necessarily. While "Domain Age" (registration date) is a factor, "Sending History" is more important. If a domain has been parked for two years with zero activity, it is still a "cold" domain. You should follow the 1-4 Weeks Old protocol to wake the domain up and prove it is active and legitimate.
