Will you send an email to my contacts during verification?
No. We never send an actual email to your recipients. Our system performs a "handshake" with the recipient's mail server to confirm the mailbox's existence without ever delivering a message. Your privacy—and your recipients'—is fully protected.
What is a "Catch-All" email?
A catch-all (or "accept-all") server is configured to receive all emails sent to that domain, even if a specific mailbox doesn't exist. These are marked as "Risky" because while the address is technically valid, we cannot guarantee a specific individual will receive it.
How do credits work?
One credit equals one email verification. Your monthly credits refresh at the start of every billing cycle. Credits can be used for our Bulk Verifier or our AI-powered campaign tools.
What file formats do you support?
We support .CSV, .XLSX (Excel), and direct imports from Google Sheets. Our system automatically handles deduplication so you don't pay for the same email twice.
